JRCC Tickets Refund Policy

• Event tickets purchased with an early-bird discount can be fully refunded by contacting us within the discount period only.
  No refunds will be offered after the discount period.
• High Holiday tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours before Rosh Hashana.
• In case of an event cancellation, ticket holders will be fully refunded.
